Elgin Time or Time – for the Elgin National Watch Company formerly based in Elgin, Illinois. Possibly intended to be part of a mural. The Elgin Time mural study is directly related and is held in the Grell Family collection. Time resembles work done in the Paradise Theatre (Chicago) by architect John Eberson.
